Manual Process Toolbar

The Manual Process Toolbar, in the Image Editor, allows you to perform custom processes on the page currently shown in the Page Display Pane of the Image Editor. Some of the processes in the Manual Process Toolbar are the same as those available in the Process Toolbar, and some of them are variations that allow more specific customization.

Processes available in the Manual Process Toolbar are:

Item	Function
	Rotate Left: Rotates the page counterclockwise 90 degrees.
	Rotate Right: Rotates the page clockwise 90 degrees.
	Custom Rotate: Opens the Custom Rotate Tool, which allows you to rotate by small angles, and crop the page. This is useful when your image was captured flat, but at a slightly rotated orientation.
	Straighten: Opens the Custom Straighten Tool, which dewarps images that are curved or at an angle.
	Crop: Opens the Custom Crop Tool, which allows you to specify a crop region.
	Black and white: Converts the page to black and white.
	Grayscale: Converts the page to grayscale.
	Grayscale with text enhancements: Converts the page to grayscale using a special algorithm that is designed to increase the contrast between text and background.
	Adjust Light: Allows you to increase or decrease the overall brightness of the page using the Custom Light Adjustment Tool.
	Contrast: Allows you to increase or decrease the difference between objects on the page and the background using the Custom Contrast Tool.
